We deliver to the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Orders are usually prepared for dispatch within 2 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 7 to 14 days for all three countries. This means your parcel may take up to around 16 days from the day you order. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates, and delays can happen, for example during busy periods or because of customs or carrier issues. We will provide tracking details when they become available, and you can use the Track Your Order page on our website to follow your parcel.

If your order is delayed, tracking is not updating, or your parcel has not arrived, email nourvahelp@outlook.com with your order number. Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout and contact us promptly if you notice a mistake.

Orders to the United States and Canada may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the recipient unless we tell you otherwise at checkout.
