DELIVERY TIMES
We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Below you will find our standard delivery timeframes:
Processing Time: 1-3 business days
- Orders placed Monday-Friday are typically processed within 1 business day
- Orders placed on Friday evening or during the weekend may take up to 3 business days to process
Delivery Time: 8-12 business days
- Once your order has been processed and despatched, delivery takes an average of 8-12 business days
Total Estimated Time: 9-15 business days from order placement to delivery
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
SHIPPING COSTS
FREE SHIPPING on all UK orders - We cover 100% of shipping costs as a token of our appreciation to our customers.
There is no minimum order value required to qualify for free shipping.
HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
Ordering from Nourva Health is quick and simple:
Step 1: Add to Cart
- Browse our products and select the item you want
- Choose your preferred options (size, colour, quantity, etc.)
- Click the "Add to Cart" button
Step 2: Review Your Cart
- Check that you've selected the correct product variants
- Click "Proceed to Checkout" when ready
Step 3: Enter Shipping Information
- Provide your accurate delivery address
- Double-check all details are correct to avoid delivery delays
- Click "Continue to Shipping"
Step 4: Review Shipping Details
- Confirm your shipping address is correct
- Your shipping is FREE - no charges will be applied
- Click "Continue to Payment"
Step 5: Complete Payment
- Select your preferred payment method (see below)
- All payments are processed through secure, SSL-encrypted connections
- Click "Finalise Order" to complete your purchase
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after completing your purchase.

ORDER TRACKING

DELIVERY AREAS
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
We deliver to:
- England
- Scotland
- Wales
- Northern Ireland
Unfortunately, we do not currently ship internationally or to the following UK territories:
- Channel Islands
- Isle of Man
- British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
As we only ship within the UK, there are no customs charges or import duties to pay on your order.
MISSING OR DELAYED ORDERS
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe:
- Check your tracking information to see the latest status
- Check with neighbours or your building's reception in case it was left there
- Wait an additional 3-5 business days, as occasional delays can occur

We will investigate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you realize you've entered the wrong address:
- Contact us immediately at nourvahelp@outlook.com
- If your order hasn't been despatched yet, we may be able to update the address
- Once despatched, we cannot change the delivery address
UNDELIVERABLE PARCELS
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable due to:
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Customer unavailable to receive delivery (after multiple delivery attempts)
- Customer refusal of delivery
We will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
PEAK PERIODS
During busy periods such as:
- Black Friday / Cyber Monday
- Christmas / Holiday Season
- Sales events
Processing and delivery times may be slightly longer than usual. We will do our best to fulfil all orders as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience during these peak times.
